Universal service, the greatest gift you can offer

Dearest ones,

How is your beginning to the new year? Are you making changes in your life towards the life you want to live and the best version of yourself? What are the qualities and aspects of your life you'd like to work on healing and transforming at this time? Is it to be more loving, more understanding, more compassionate, forgiving, kinder or to look after yourself better?

In the new year we often begin to reflect on what aspects of our lives we'd like to change or transform and this is a perfect time to work on this. At times we can become discouraged from following our dreams and goals by ourselves and others, instead put them aside to only be that, dreams. I'm here to support you on your journey to create a better you and a prosperous year. I believe that you can achieve and work towards achieving these dreams and goals bringing more love, peace, harmony and joy to your life. More health and happiness. Greater happiness to others.


How can we work towards these goals? What are ways from the soul perspective that can help us? One is offering service. Unconditional universal service.

"If you offer a little service, you receive a little blessing from the Divine and the universe. If you offer more service, you receive more blessings. If you offer unconditional universal service, you receive unlimited blessings". (p4 Soul Communication)
These blessings can be in the form of better health, mental clarity, harmonious relationships, financial blessings, and for any aspects of your life. Offering unconditional universal service is powerful as it blesses all souls of humanity, mother earth, animals, and all souls in all universes. It has the ability to increase your virtue (good karma) and in turn uplift your soul standing. It can bless your life in the most powerful ways.



We'll do a practice to offer unconditional universal service -(from page 4 in the book Soul Communication).

To connect we use the 4 power techniques:
Body Power: Sit up straight, feet flat on the ground and back away from the chair (this increases the flow of energy throughout the meridians) putting your hands in the Soul Light Era prayer position (left hand horizontally across your Message Centre [also known as heart chakra, in front of your sternum] but not touching, and right hand in traditional prayer position in front). During the practice you'll want to close your eyes to connect more deeply to the practice.
*If unable to sit, lying down do practice whilst chanting silently. 

Soul Power: Repeat out loud or silently.
Dear soul, mind and body of Unconditional Universal Service, I love you. Can you please offer service to all humanity and all souls in the universe? Uplift their hearts and souls. I am honored and blessed. I cannot thank you enough.

Sound Power: Chant for 5-10 minutes

Mind Power: As you chant visualise beautiful golden light radiating and expanding from your heart and soul to the universe and golden light coming from 360 degrees from the universe to you filling your whole being, all of your city, your country, Mother Earth, until it continues expanding to encompass all corners of the Universe

 (Hao is Chinese for get well perfect, and Gong Song means respectfully return for all the souls that joined our practice).

2015, Welcoming a New Year

Welcome everyone to a beautiful New Year filled with many possibilities and opportunities for growth, excitement, love and more.

I am excited and honored to be able to offer service to you throughout my blog and blog posts. Thank you to everyone who has been reading and apart of this journey to Inner Beauty the past 12months. I look forward to posting more and serving you more for your health, happiness and all aspects of your life and the qualities that embody inner beauty.

I would like to start this first post of the year with a soul song blessing from my heart and soul to yours. Please make a request for a healing/blessings for one aspect of your life for the new year. It may be for a specific relationship you'd like to transform or transform further, it may be for greater self confidence and self love, it may be for clarity on the direction for your year, it may be for transforming depression and family issues. It may simply be for a successful and happy start for the year. Every request for healing is perfect, make it from your heart. Relax and simply allow yourself to be in a state to receive what this blessing has to offer you. Allow it to serve you a bless the blockages as appropriate, allow it to bring you love, peace, harmony, light and more.
